A brilliant white Rioja sparkler, made Metodo Tradicional with Tempranillo Blanco grapes. White fruits and citrus notes with good weight and fine, elegant bubbles. Lovely brioche finish. Very persistent.
Awarded "Sparkling Discovery of the Year" by Tim Atkin in his 2021 Rioja Report, who went on to comment: This sparkler is made with the Tempranillo Blanco grape which, as a natural mutation of a more common black grape, is a relatively new fruit that lends itself perfectly to the creation of unique, flavourful wines. With a beautifully styled bottle and refreshingly tropical flavours, this dry white wine deserves pride of place on any dinner table.
