From 5 grand crus in the Cote de Blancs, white citrus and stone fruits meet the creamy buttered brioche and nougat of 4-5 years on the less. Strikingly fresh and delicious.
Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining Champagne houses to be owned by the original family. The house was established in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart, and the majority of their fruit comes from their own vineyards. Where they buy fruit, they manage the vineyards themselves, ensuring full control of the process from vineyard to bottle. Whilst especially renowned for the quality of their delicate rosé, the Brut Réserve (a blend of three vintages) is a beautifully harmonious and balanced wine.
