Dry, full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices. All of the great Domaines Ott tradition in a friendly and elegant wine.
Pitch perfect rosé with classic flavours, pale and subdued, fine balanced acidity, a light powdery texture, long gently perfumed finish. So graceful. Drinkability off the charts here, so a bonus point for that!
60% Grenache, 28% Cinsault, 8% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre
Domaines Ott* was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines, particularly rosé wines, made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and the Côtes de Provence appellations.
