A beautiful Albarino from the north-west corner of Spain. Lovely fresh citrus, white flowers and peach. Good weight on the palate pairs this nicely with seafood, especially shellfish.
Made of grapes from vineyards between 20 and 40 years old. The vineyards are grown on sandy loam soils, granitic and slightly acidic. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C for 21 days.
