A nicely balanced Cotes du Rhone out of one of the shining examples of artisan French co-operative winemaking. A very drinkable medium-bodied wine; red and black fruit with a hint of spice on the finish.
Les Vignerons d’Estézargues is a high quality co-operative founded in 1965 in the Gard département 20 kilometres west of Avignon. The wine is made from mostly Syrah with smaller proportions of Grenache, Mourvedre and Carignan. Minimal use of sulphur, and unfiltered for texture and flavour.
