Black fruits abound, edged with hints of olive, dark chocolate and sundried tomato. Soft, supple tannins and freshening acidity add to the concentrated fruit.

Tokara was purchased in 1994 by GT Ferreira for residential purposes, but it wasn’t long before the great potential for planting vineyards was recognised inspiring the planting of classic varietals on the 400m above sea-level slopes.
